With years of experience in evidence-based treatment, training, and consultation, we are committed to closing the gap in OCD education and empowering therapists to make a lasting impact.

Danielle Henderson at THRIVE

Founder

Dr. Danielle Henderson has a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and over 16 years of clinical experience. She has specialized in treating OCD and anxiety disorders for over 6 years and has several years of experience teaching therapists of all experience levels how to treat OCD and anxiety disorders with ERP. In addition to this, Danielle has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses as well as teaching and training medical students. She has led consultation groups for licensed professionals and supervised pre-doctoral students. Danielle currently services on the board of OCD Pennsylvania, is a professional member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and a contributing write for Psychology Today.

Danielle loves coffee, playing video games, hanging with her family and doing various arts and crafts projects!

Meghin Lisi at THRIVE

Co-Founder

Meghin Lisi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in NY and MD with nearly a decade of experience specializing in treating families, OCD and anxiety disorders. She co-founded THRIVE. Training Hub for Anxiety and OCD Intervention and Education, where she provides specialized training and consultation services for clinicians on effective, research-backed therapeutic techniques. Meghin’s practice focuses on family systems and helping clients navigate the complexities of OCD and anxiety, including targeted approaches like Structural Family Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has served as a Clinical Advisor, Supervisor, as well as an Adjunct Professor, and is passionate about supporting therapists in gaining confidence and skill in working with their clients to create lasting change and optimal treatment outcomes. She is a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and the American Psychological Association (APA), and a contributing writer for Psychology Today.

Meghin enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and doing water sports. She also has a senior dog she loves!
